Adaptation Throughout History: The Journey of the Israeli Trust from a Charitable Trust to an Estate

Updated: Aug 1

I am thrilled to share with you the publication of my chapter: ‘Adaptation Throughout History: The Journey of the Israeli Trust from a Charitable Trust to an Estate Planning Instrument’, published in the book ‘Asia-Pacific Trusts Law, Volume 2: Adaptation in Context’, edited by Dr. Ying Khai Liew and Ying-Chieh Wu of Melbourne Law School, the University of Melbourne, and published by Bloomsbury Publishing.

I am extremely proud and honored to have had the opportunity to contribute to this prestigious project and to be included amongst such esteemed legal professionals from the Asia-Pacific region.

I hope my chapter will help to shed light on the evolution and development of Israeli trust, and thereby further advance its use as a legitimate instrument for estate planning.
